LynqlyCRM respects your privacy and gives you full control over your data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your personal data collected through our platform and Meta (WhatsApp) integrations.

For security reasons, we may verify your identity before processing the deletion request to prevent unauthorized data removal.

4. Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. Once completed, your data will be permanently removed from our systems unless retention is required by law.

5. WhatsApp & Meta Data

WhatsApp message data processed through Meta APIs is deleted from our systems upon request. Meta may retain certain logs in accordance with their own policies.
