Data Deletion Instructions

LynqlyCRM respects your privacy and gives you full control over your data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your personal data collected through our platform and Meta (WhatsApp) integrations.

1. What Data Can Be Deleted

Upon request, we can delete the following data associated with you:

Your account information (name, email, phone number)
WhatsApp conversation history stored in our system
Campaign and message logs linked to your identity
Automation and analytics records associated with your account

2. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please follow one of the methods below:

Option 1: Email Request (Recommended)

Send an email to:
support@lynqlycrm.com

Use the subject line:
“Data Deletion Request”

Include the following details:

Your registered email address or phone number
Your business or workspace name (if applicable)
Confirmation that you want your data deleted

3. Verification Process

For security reasons, we may verify your identity before processing the deletion request to prevent unauthorized data removal.

4. Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. Once completed, your data will be permanently removed from our systems unless retention is required by law.

5. WhatsApp & Meta Data

WhatsApp message data processed through Meta APIs is deleted from our systems upon request. Meta may retain certain logs in accordance with their own policies.
